MaaserText Declaration

MaaserText instructions recommend the user performs a shortened version of the hafrosho statement. When making this declaration one states that they intend to separate in accordance with the nusach prepared by the Federation Beis Din. See the attached below for the full declaration. Declaration for Hafroshas Terumos and Maasros

Of the produce set aside, the ‘more than 1/100th’ on the north side, is hereby Teruma. The remaining 1/100th that has been set aside, together with nine equivalent parts on the north side of the produce, is hereby Maaser Rishon. The 1/100th set aside is hereby Terumas Maaser. If the produce requires separation of Maaser Sheni, then 10% of the remainder of the produce on the south side is hereby Maaser Sheni. If the produce requires separation of Maaser Oni, then 10% of the remainder of the produce on the south side is hereby Maaser Oni. Any Maaser Sheni or Revai that is present, if it is worth a prutah or more, is hereby redeemed onto a prutah of the coin prepared by the Federation Beis Din for this purpose. If it is worth less than a prutah, it is hereby redeemed onto the coin prepared by the Federation Beis Din for this purpose.

היותר מאחד ממאה שיש כאן מונח בנפרד הרי הוא תרומה גדולה בצד צפון (כל מין על מינו). אותו אחד ממאה שיש כאן מונח בצד, ועוד תשעה חלקים כמותו בצד צפון של הפרות (הירקות) הרי הוא מעשר ראשון (כל מין על מינו). אותו אחד ממאה שכאן שעשיתיו מעשר ראשון, הרי הוא תרומת מעשר (כל מין על מינו). ומעשר שני בדרומם של הפרות (הירקות) (כל מין על מינו). ואם צריך מעשר עני יהא מעשר עני בדרומם של הפירות (הירקות). המעשר שני, אם הוא שוה פרוטה או יותר הרי הוא מחולל על פרוטה של המטבע שייחד לזה בית הדין של הפעדערישון, ואם הוא פחות משוה פרוטה הרי הוא מחולל על מטבע שייחד לזה בית הדין של הפעדערישון. ואם יש כאן נטע רבעי, אם הוא שוה פרוטה או יותר הרי הוא מחולל על פרוטה של המטבע שייחד לזה בית הדין של הפעדערישון, ואם הוא פחות משוה פרוטה הרי הוא מחולל על מטבע שייחד לזה בית הדין של הפעדערישון.
