Toby has worked in our Head offices since 2016, where she divides her time between the KF Kosher and Accounts departments.
She works closely with the Rabbinic Team and factories, to ensure that Kosher certificates are maintained and renewed in a timely manner.
She manages weekly payments, acts as a liaison with financial representatives and deals with incoming and outgoing invoices – both for Kashrus and Head Office/Shul related matters.
Toby also takes charge of Kashrus related credit control.
